Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. Small towns will take 5-8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
We offer free Shipping on all orders over 5000 on the other hand we have a flat shipping rate of just 200 per order. You may order as many products as you may like in one order with the same flat shipping rate. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Self Pickup for Non Service Areas
We uses third party logistic partners and they have defined some non service areas in which home delivery service is not available. You shall be contacted by the representative of our logistic partners and will decide a center point for order pickup.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.

We strive to provide transparent and efficient international shipping services. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we make sure the shipment deliver at your door step and doesn’t cause any inconvenience but at several times the shipment may hold by destination country’s customs authorities. at that time customer are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipments.
Super Grow is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processes. In the event that a shipment is refused by customs or the recipient, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any other associated fees.
Super Grow reserves the right to charge the customer for any expenses incurred as a result of refused shipments.
Damages
Super Grow takes complete ownership for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim and you shall receive a Full Refund or Free Replacement.
