Super Grow only deal in fresh and organic products and do not compromise on quality ensure to provide you highest quality products and we are confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase but there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as the one ordered. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost* some restrictions apply.
Conditions for Return
- Return eligible time for (Honey, Dates, Dry Fruits, Murabba jaat) 3 Days.
- Return eligible time for (Spices, Super Foods, Teas & Qahwas), 7 Days.
- Return eligible time for all other items 15 Days
- Products/Items should be unused.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and Invoice.
- It is advised that the parcel being returned be firmly and adequately packed to prevent further damage of goods in transit.
- Please Products original, undamaged packaging. Only unused portion of item(s) will be refunded.
Please do not return item(s) that do not fit the above criteria, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying item(s) and cannot return these item(s) to you.
Damages
Super Grow takes complete ownership for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim and you shall receive a Full Refund or Free Replacement.

Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
