Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. Small towns will take 5-8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

We offer free Shipping on all orders over 5000 on the other hand we have a flat shipping rate of just 200 per order. You may order as many products as you may like in one order with the same flat shipping rate. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Self Pickup for Non Service Areas

We uses third party logistic partners and they have defined some non service areas in which home delivery service is not available. You shall be contacted by the representative of our logistic partners and will decide a center point for order pickup.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.

Custom & Duties

We strive to provide transparent and efficient international shipping services. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we make sure the shippment deliver at your door step and doesn’t cause any inconvenience but at several times the shippment may hold by destination country’s customs authorities. at that time customer are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipments.
Super Pansar Store is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processes. In the event that a shipment is refused by customs or the recipient, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any other associated fees.
Super Pansar Store reserves the right to charge the customer for any expenses incurred as a result of refused shipments.

Damages

Super Pansar Store takes complete ownership for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim and you shall receive a Full Refund or Free Replacement.

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Super Pansar Store only deal in fresh and organic products and do not compromise on quality ensure to provide you highest quality products and we are confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase but there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as the one ordered. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost* some restrictions apply.

Conditions for Return

  • Return eligible time for (Honey, Dates, DryFruits, Murabajat) 3 Days.
  • Return eligible time for (Spices, Super Foods, Teas & Qahwas), 7 Days.
  • Return eligible time for all other items 15 Days
  • Products/Items should be unused.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and Invoice.
  • It is advised that the parcel being returned be firmly and adequately packed to prevent further damage of goods in transit.
  • We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended with other ingredients. If you have purchased bulk products to form your own mixes, Please examine raw products before mixing. We suggest that you make a small batch first.
  • The custom and customized remedies that are made upon your demand won’t be returnable, as they are made only for you.
  • Please return herbs and mixes in original, undamaged packaging. Only unused portion of item(s) will be refunded.

Please do not return item(s) that do not fit the above criteria, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying item(s) and cannot return these item(s) to you.
